Fresh, cooked, smoked mackerel fillets, smoked in a traditional family run smokehouse based in Beverley. A rich smoked flavour which compliments the tasty mackerel very well. Popular with salads, jacket potatoes or as a healthy snack. Rich in omega 3 oils. Colourings are added to give a traditional orange colour.
