Fresh, farmed Sea Bass fillets. Increasingly popular, very tasty white fish. We scale and pin bone our own Sea Bass, getting two fillets from each fish. Just choose your size and number of fillets. Whole Sea Bass are also available in our ‘whole fish’ section. We use 600g to 800g whole fish.
