Fresh English Halibut. We buy Halibut on the bone and fillet our own to give large middle boneless halibut fillets. Our Halibut is carefully selected by hand from the wholesalers to ensure the very best quality. A meaty textured white fish, full of flavour. Once filleted off the bone and trimmed up, the Halibut loins are then cut into portions.
Please note, Halibut is not available all year round, however through the summer and leading up to Winter there should be a good selection.
